Barbara Ann Morrison, 72, went to be with the Lord on March 31, 2016. She was born to the late Raymond and Hazel Thomas on August 6, 1943, in Pascagoula, MS. She was an active member of Four-Mile Creek Baptist Church. Enjoyed her ladies Bible study group and being a part of the churches WMU. Barbara was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a proud co-owner of Head Hunters Beauty Salon for over 40 years. She enjoyed crafts and spending time with her family

She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Morrison; and brothers, Gerald and Dana Thomas.

Mrs. Morrison is survived by her loving children, David K. (Dana) Thomas, Sheila (Robert) Hamilton, Johnny Morrison, Gail Lee, and Norman Morrison; grandchildren, Brittney Chavez, Kristen Thomas, Bradley Thomas, Brandi Dugger, and Chase Hamilton; great-grandchildren Kyleigh, Kaydance, Gavin, Addison, Michael, Casadei, June, Johnny, and Jayson; sister Elsie Morris; and many other close family and friends.

Pallbearers will include Chase Hamilton, Bradley Thomas, Patrick Dugger, Mike Chavez, Jason Sherman, and Pete Harrell. Honorary pallbearers are Gary Peek, James Mathews, Julian Fisher, Pat Peek, and Mike Peek

Visitation will be held Monday, April 4, 2016 at Four Mile Creek Baptist Church, Escatawpa, MS from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. The funeral will begin at 12:00 noon, with Pastors David Thomas and Coy Rice officiating. Interment will be held at Jackson County Memorial Park.
In lieu of flower donations may be made in Mrs. Morrison's honor to Four Mile Creek Children's Ministry, 3801 Coventry Drive, Moss Point, MS 39562.
