Andrea Leon Strickland age 79 passed away Monday July 31, 2023, at her residence in Moss Point, Ms.

She was preceded in death by her father, Dempsey Leon Bosarge; mother, Norma Talmadge Smith Bosarge; husband, Wilmer Joe Strickland; infant daughter, Connie Strickland.

Andrea is survived by her a sister and brother-in-law, Susan Raye Gough (Leonard) of Pascagoula; brother, Robert Raylon Bosarge of Pascagoula; sister and brother-in-law, Norma Kaye Simmons (David) of Moss Point; daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie Farragut (Scott) of Moss Point; son, Jeffrey Strickland; grandson, Robert Gene Hester Jr Loxley, AL; granddaughter, Amber Nicole Blalock of Moss Point; granddaughter and husband; Taylor Renee Hammon (Chris) of Odessa, TX; great grandchildren; Reanna Ready, Jaylee Blalock, Jorja Blalock, Kaitlyn Hester, Robbie Austin Hester, Brynleigh Hammon; many nieces, nephews friends and family.

She enjoyed flowers, riding the golf cart, visiting with grandkids and great grandkids, cooking, sewing, cross stitching, telling stories, also loved to visit and drink her coffee with family and friends.

A visitation will be held Friday, August 4, 2023, from 10:00AM-11:00AM at Holder-Wells Coastal Funeral Home Chapel 12800 Highway 613 Moss Point, MS 39562. The Funeral service will follow in the chapel at 11:00AM with Rev. Phillip Myers officiating. Interment will follow at Serene Memorial Gardens.
