Mr. Anthony Ray Johnson 56, of Gautier, MS formerly of Lucedale,MS. Mr. Johnson was born on August 7,1963 in Biloxi, MS. He served his country with pride and dedication with the United States Navy. He was an avid outdoors he enjoyed camping out with his family and friends, he loved squirrel hunting,fishing especially on the lakes at Cedar Creek and riding horses.He loved his dogs. He was a member of Salem United Methodist Church.
Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by his father Fred Johnson.
He is survived by his wife Teresa Johnson, and his son Anthony Ray Johnson Jr. both of Gautier, his mother Gwen Johnson of Lucedale, his sister Cindy Haden of Fort Collins,CO; and his brothers Paul Johnson of Lucedale and Terry Johnson of Gulfport. He will also be sadly missed by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Saturday February 8,2020 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Holder-Wells Funeral Home 4007 Main Street Moss Point, MS 39563. The funeral service will be Sunday February 9,2020 at 1:30 pm from the Holder-Wells Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Dayna Goff will be officiating the funeral. Graveside services will follow at 3:30 pm at Seal cemetery in Stone County.
Pallbearers will be Vinson Goff, Troy Haden, Davy Haden, Gene Cossey, Ramble Johnson, and Maverick Johnson.
