Mrs. Bettye Riley 73 of Escatawpa, Mississippi passed away on August 18, 2022, in Escatawpa. Mrs. Bettye was born in Louisville, Mississippi on June 27, 1949, to Charles and Billie Jean Duran. She was a was a caretaker for the elderly for many years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was of the Assembly of God Faith.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Donna McDonald.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years James Riley, her son Robin (Catina) Riley, and her daughter Celina (Joey) Langford. She will also be sadly missed by her grandchildren Cameron (Haleigh) Thomas, Walker Riley, Dalton Riley, Olivia Fairley, Joshua Fairley, and Amelia Fairley. Great grandchildren Kimber and Kreed Thomas. Other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Monday August 22,2022 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Holder-Wells Funeral Home 4007 Main Street Moss Point, Mississippi 39563. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 pm from the funeral home chapel with Rev. Mike McLeod officiating. Burial will follow in Serene Memorial Gardens 12800 Hwy 613 Moss Point, Mississippi 39562.
