Carlos Anthony "Buddy" Arnold, Jr., 68, of Ocean Springs, Mississippi,
passed away on Friday, November 17, 2023, in Ocean Springs.
He was born to Carlos Anthony Arnold, Sr., and Gayle Drury Arnold in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi on February 10, 1955.
Buddy was a U.S. Navy veteran. He served proudly as a Helmsman aboard the USS Ray and was a retired engineer from Ingalls shipbuilding.
He loved Harley motorcycles and enjoyed life and good companionship with his brothers and friends. As the oldest of 11 children, he loved to pick on his younger siblings.
Buddy was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors are his siblings, Sharon Ann Shelton, Patrick Arnold, Mary Anne (Johnny Beard) Grimme, Robert Arnold, Lisa (Greg) Conn, Kathleen Mitchell, Barbara Froestad, Donna Hess, Nicholas Arnold, and Matthew (Kameisha) Arnold. And numerous nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. Good friends, Darin "Taz" Reeder, and wife Edna "Tiny" Reeder, and Karen "Ralphie" Gorline.
A celebration of Buddy's life will be announced at a later date.
