Cassandra Lynn (Lewis) Nelson 63, of Ocean springs passed away September 13, 2021 in ocean springs, MS. Cassandra was born on October 17, 1957 in Texas. She was a chemist at Mississippi power company. She enjoy boating, gardening and spending time with friends and family. She was preceded in death by her parents Mae Ruth Daughtery (mother) and Norman Lewis (father). She is survived by her Husband/children Glenn Nelson of Ocean springs MS, Laura (Joe) Zetek of Slidell LA, Candace (Joey) Brewer of Slidell LA, Russell Groves of Gulfport MS (Megan Dubroc), Travis (Shea) Nelson of Hurley MS, Adam (Amy) Nelson of Vancleave MS, Holly Nelson (Michael Stinson) of Semmes AL. She is also survived by her brother and sisters Gary Lewis, Treva Lewis, Mona Swain, Darla Shirley. She will be sadly missed by Grandchildren Kade Segrest, Branden Groves, Jackson Brewer, Joey Zelek, Kytan Groves, Jack Olsen, Hannah Brewer, Canaan Brewer, Dana Nelson, Colten Nelson, Megan Sadler, kahla Sadler, Madilyn Stinson, and Theodore Stinson. Many other relatives and friends. A celebration of life service for Cassandra will be Friday September 17, 2021 from 10:00am to 1:00pm at Holder Wells Funeral Home 4007 Main Street Moss Point, Mississippi 39563 Moss Point, MS.A celebration of life service in her honor will begin at 1:00pm from the chapel.
