It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Cathy Lynn Goff, age 64, of Pascagoula, Mississippi, who left us on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, in the comfort of her home in Gautier, Mississippi.

Cathy was born on March 4, 1961, in Pascagoula, a cherished daughter of Jack and Mary Alice Wilkerson. She married the love of her life James Patrick "Pat" Goff, whom she married on January 20, 1980, in Moss Point. Cathy dedicated her career to managing sales and customer service at Spanish Trail Lanes Bowling Alley, where her warm spirit and kindness shone brightly.

She leaves behind a loving family, including her three children: Machelle(Brian)Skelton of Gautier, MS, Daniel(Amanda) Wesley Goff, Matthew Alexander Goff. Cathy was also blessed with three beautiful granddaughters-Carina Goff, Stella Goff, and Ava Skelton-who brought her endless joy. Her siblings, Barbara Cobb, Larry (Janie)Wilkerson, Betty(Randy)Hall, Mary Ann Lightsey, and David Wilkerson, will deeply miss their sister, just as we will all miss her radiant presence. Cathy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Patrick "Pat" Goff; her parents, Jack and Mary Alice Wilkerson; her in-laws, Margaret Barnes and James L. Goff; and seven siblings who were a significant part of her life.

Cathy held a special place in her heart for Christmas Eve, a holiday that filled her with warmth and joy. Known for her delicious cooking, she took pleasure in creating meals for those she loved. Her passion for playing cards reflected her spirited nature, while her love for water highlighted her playful side; she would have happily spent every day swimming if given the chance. Cathy shared a profound bond with her sisters and cherished every moment spent with her children and grandchildren. Her incredible sense of humor and protective nature made her a beloved figure in their lives. Cathy also had a fondness for bowling, creating lasting memories with friends and family. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Hospice Of Light for their compassionate support during this time.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during visitation from 12 PM to 1 PM at the Holder Wells Main Street Chapel, located at 4007 Main Street, Moss Point, MS. A service in Cathy's honor will follow at 1 PM, with burial taking place at Jackson County Memorial Park in Pascagoula. Our thoughts and prayers are with Cathy's family, as we remember the love and joy she shared with us all.
