Obituary

Mr. Charles B. Stork, 85, of Mobile, Alabama, passed into Eternal Life on Friday, May 3, 2024.
He was born on February 9, 1939, in Pecan, Mississippi, to Rev. Charles "Tubby" Stork, a tent evangelist, and Tempie Griffin Stork, his devoted mother and homemaker.
In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by two sisters, Agnes Delcambre, and Louise Van Amburg, and one brother Wallace Stork.
Charles was a loving father and grandfather. He was a shrimp boat captain of the "Captain Spooky" and could be found on the water daily. He enjoyed Western movies, travel, dancing, telling stories, and baseball. He loved eggs, grits, bacon, and naps. He was a United States Army veteran.
Survivors include his four precious daughters, Charlene Morrison, Heather Seymour, Melissa Van Note, and Jennifer Blackwell: and one sister, Sharon Owens. There are 10 grandchildren: Christopher Morrison, Kelsey Johnson, Breanne Hester, Chase Fortenberry, Lindsay Fortney, Joel Van Note, Austin Sipriano, Elizabeth Sipriano, Gracie Blackwell, and Chase Blackwell. And 14 Great-grandchildren. Along with numerous cousins and friends.
A celebration of life service will be announced at a later date.
