It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Dalton James Riley, aged 23 years. Dalton was born on August 15th, 2002, and passed away on January 31st, 2026. Dalton was a proud graduate of the East Central High School Class of 2020. Dalton was preceded in death by his beloved paternal grandparents, James and Bettye Riley, and his maternal grandmother, Ernestine Shepperson. Left to cherish his memory is his father, Robin (Catina) Riley; mother, Paula Shepperson; siblings Walker Riley, Olivia Fairley, Joshua Fairley, and Amelia Fairley; grandparents Kenneth and Vickie West; nephew Wade Riley; along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Known for his kind heart, Dalton will be deeply missed by all who loved and knew him. A memorial service will be held in the Chapel of Holder Wells Funeral Home, 4007 Main Street, Moss Point, Mississippi, 39563 < https://www.google.com/maps/search/4007 Main Street, Moss Point, Mississippi, 39563?entry=gmail&source=g>, on Friday, February 6th, 2026. A visitation will begin at 10:00 am, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am. A burial will take place at Serene Memorial Gardens following the service. Brother Bobby Morris will be officiating.
