She was preceded in death by her Mother Georgia Lee Tolbert and Father, Arvis Cecil Tolbert, her 2 sons Billy Lyn Tolbert and Joshua Scott Moore, as well as her 2 brothers Maynard and Frankie Tolbert.

She is survived by Her BELOVED HUSBAND, William McGarity, Son, Chris and Ashleigh Moore, Daughters; Amanda and Charlie Rice, Melinda and Brian Richardson, and Misty and Drew Barnard, all of Moss Point, MS, brother Paul and Rebecca Tolbert, sister Melinda Tolbert

Her Grandchildren: Kyle and Stormie Rice, Kirsten and Jaidyn Magee, Blake and Jake Barnard, Bailey and Jared Weatherly, Kymen and Peyton Richardson, Scott and Austin Moore, and Maylia Hickens, as well as 3 Great Grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews that she loved beyond measure.

Debbie was known for her Loving Nature. She lover her husband and her family beyond words. She welcomed everyone and was always ready to fellowship with coffee and LOTS of laughter. The Love and Laughter was always infectious and will always be remembered.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2021 from 12:00PM-1:00PM at Holder-Wells Coastal Chapel, a funeral service will follow at 1:00PM in the chapel, with Bro. Phil Culver officiating. Interment will conclude in Serene Memorial Gardens. Due to Covid 19, Face mask and social distancing required.
