Delores Dianna Conkin, 72, of Pascagoula, Mississippi, passed away on September 14, 2025.

She was born on November 10, 1952, in Pascagoula, Mississippi, to Roy Abraham Martin, Sr. and Hattie Catherine (Crane) Martin.

Delores will be remembered for her warmth and laughter, and for the love she poured into her family. She found joy in music, in sharing good meals, in the peace of the ocean, and most of all, in time spent with those she loved.

She is survived by her children, Amanda Wells-Stanek and Phillip (Karen) Conkin; her grandchildren, Russell (Krista) Wells, Dustin (Valeria) Wells, Amber Stanek, Bayley Conkin, Bryanna Conkin, Alyssa Conkin, Alexis Conkin, and Bryce Conkin; and her great-grandchildren, Savannah Wells, Levi Wells, Hudson Wells, Alenya Tarlton. She is also survived by her sisters, Elizabeth (Roy) Vice and Janet Habeck, who were a source of lifelong love and support; and many nieces and nephews.

Delores was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Conkin of 52 years, and siblings Elis Martin, Roy Martin Jr., William "Sammy" Martin, Richard "Ricky" Martin, Ernest "Ernie" Martin, Charles "Jack" Martin, and Lisa Martin.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, September 21, 2025, 2:00 PM, at 3923 Palmetto Ave Pascagoula, MS 39581. Family and friends are invited to gather, share memories, and honor her legacy.
