Duane "Bobie" Adams passed away on November 19, 2021, in Pascagoula, Ms. He was born on April 7, 1967, to Janis and William Adams. Bobie was, first of all, a child of God, and LIVE, LAUGH, LOVE was his lifestyle. He loved boating, fishing, and racing with his special friend Carter Taylor. When he was in town family and friends could always count on him for help. Bobie loved and was loved by his very large family and a group of friends. To say he was unique would be an understatement. He will be missed but never forgotten.
Bobie is preceded in death by his father, William Warren "Buddy" Adams, his maternal grandparents, Donice and Carolyn Fairley, his Paternal grandparents, Richard and Cleo Adams, and Tommy and Elizabeth Harris. He is survived by his son, Tyler (Taylor) Shields, a grandson, Lincoln Shields, his mother Janis Fairley Adams Bond, stepfather, William (Billy) Bond, two brothers, Jeff (Christine) Adams and Eddie (Kim) Bond, sisters, Sherry Reynolds, Teresa (Cliff) Mines, Nina Adams, Brandy (Chris) Mallette and Kristy (James) Pierce, special friend Caroline Driver, 17 nieces and nephews, numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, and many many cousins.
A celebration of Bobie's life will be held from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Saturday, November 27, 2021, at the Pascagoula Country club.
