It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Enda "Virginia" Kendrick of Moss Point, Mississippi, who left us on October 10, 2025, at the age of 79. Born on July 5, 1946, to Arthur and Ruby Carroll, Virginia's life was a testament to love, resilience, and devotion to family.
Virginia was predeceased in death by her Father, Arthur M Carroll, Sr., Mother, Ruby V. McIntyre Caroll, brothers, Otis Franklin Caroll and Arthur M. Carroll, Jr, "Monkey" sister, Barbra Nell Caroll Delaughter, "Bobby" nephews, Cory James Delaughter and Thomas Guy "Anson" Carroll, niece, Terrisa Gale Carroll Parker Taylor, and fur baby, Baby.
She is survived by nephews Jimmy Dale Delaughter Jr. (Chasity), Jeffrey Wayne Delaughter (Danielle), James Arthur Delaughter (Ingrid), Joel Jean Carroll, Stephen Carroll Niece, Terry Michelle Robinson (Greg), and Nephew, Norman Taylor.
Two special people, Jamie Faye Delaughter and Madison "Ms. Maddie" Marie Rogers, who lovingly called Virginia "Grandma," and a special friend, "stepdaughter" Amanda "HOPE" Hicks and her very close and special fur babies, Hope and Molly, as well as many other nieces, nephews, and other close family and friends.
A devoted member of Temple Baptist Church in Big Point, Virginia found joy in simple pleasures-crocheting, quilting, and sharing heartfelt conversations with those she loved. Her home was a place of comfort, creativity, and enduring connection.

A service celebrating Virginia's life will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at Temple Baptist Church in Moss Point, Mississippi. Visitation will begin at 12:00 PM, followed by a service at 1:00 PM, with burial at Serene Memorial Gardens. All who knew and loved Virginia are invited to join in honoring her memory. Pastor Guy Odom will be officiating.
