El Sr. Efren Perez Arroyo, de 60 años, de Pascagoula, MS., falleció el martes 17 de mayo de 2022 en Pascagoula. Nació el 27 de octubre de 1961 en Ponce, Puerto Rico, hijo de José F. Pérez-Cruz y María A. Arroyo Correa.
Llegó a Mississippi desde Puerto Rico el 18 de mayo de 1998. Trabajó en Ingalls Shipbuilding como armador de barcos.
Efren era un amoroso esposo, padre, abuelo, hijo y hermano que disfrutaba jugar béisbol y baloncesto.
Le precedieron en la muerte una hermana, Vivian L. Pérez-Arroyo.
Los sobrevivientes incluyen a su devota esposa, Luz M. Camacho, hija, Sheyla N. Pérez, padre, José F. Pérez-Cruz, madre, María A. Arroyo-Correa, hija, María E. Gonzales, cinco nietos, Stephen Arroyo, Nathalia Arroyo, Nahilys Arroyo, Yabdiel Suazo, and Yarielix Suazo. Yernos, Luis A. Arroyo, Gabriel Suazo. Hermanos y hermanas, José F. Pérez-Arroyo, Elva M. El velorio se llevará a cabo el sábado 21 de mayo de 2022, de 10 a. m. a 1 p. m. sat Holder-Wells Funeral Home, 4007 Main St., Moss Point, MS., 39563. El funeral comenzará a la 1 p.m. en la capilla del tanatorio oficiando Isaac Pérez y Urinia Jacamo. El entierro será en el Cementerio Municipal de Peñuelas, Puerto Rico.

Mr. Efren Perez Arroyo, 60, of Pascagoula, MS., passed from this life on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, in Pascagoula. He was born on October 27, 1961, in Ponce, Puerto Rico to Jose F. Perez-Cruz and Maria A. Arroyo Correa.
He came to Mississippi from Puerto Rico on May 18, 1998. He was employed at Ingalls Shipbuilding as a ship fitter.
Efren was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother who enjoyed playing baseball and basketball.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Vivian L. Perez-Arroyo.
Survivors include his devoted wife, Luz M. Camacho, daughter, Sheyla N. Perez, father, Jose F. Perez-Cruz, mother, Maria A. Arroyo-Correa, daughter, Maria E. Gonzales, five grandchildren, Stephen Arroyo, Nathalia Arroyo, Nahilys Arroyo, Yabdiel Suazo, and Yarielix Suazo. Sons-in law, Luis A. Arroyo, Gabriel Suazo. Brothers and sisters, Jose F. Perez- Arroyo, Elva M. Perez- Arroyo, Jose R. Perez- Arroyo, Jeanette Perez-Arroyo, Jose A. Perez-Arroyo, and Juan F. Perez-Arroyo.
Visitation will be held Saturday, May 21, 2022, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Holder-Wells Funeral Home, 4007 Main St., Moss Point, MS., 39563. The funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Isaac Perez and Urinia Jacamo officiating. Burial will be at Cemeterio Muncipal in Penuelas, Puerto Rico.
