Elsie Esteve passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, creativity, and strength that will be cherished by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents John and Ann McBain, and her brothers Ron McBain and Les McBain. Elsie is survived by her loving children, Michelle( Myron) Graham of Chattanooga, Tennessee and Cory (Trish) McBain of Vancouver, Canada. She is also survived by her brothers John McBain, Murray McBain, and Ken McBain along with her extended family and friends who will deeply miss her. Elsie was an avid quilter who found great joy in her craft and the community that came with it. She enjoyed spending time with her quilting groups in Hattiesburg, Wiggins and Gulfport, Mississippi. She was a proud member of the Pine Belt Quilters, Melon Patch Quilters and Pine Needle Quilters in Mississippi. Her passion, talent, and fellowship brought warmth and beauty into the lives of many, her presence within the groups will be dearly missed. Elsie used her passion and creativity at Quilts Of Valor to make beautiful quilts for Veterans. A proud cancer survivor, Elsie was a source of strength and inspiration to the others facing similar battles. She offered encouragement, compassion, and unwavering support to many throughout her journey. Elsie will be remembered for her kindness, resilience, and the love she shared with family and friends. Her memory will live on in the lives she touched and the beautiful creations she leaves behind.
