Mr. Harry Albert Haynes, Jr., 75, of Pascagoula, Mississippi, passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2023, in Pascagoula. He was born in Texas on October 6, 1947, to Harry A. Haynes, Sr., and Bernice W. Jones Haynes.
Harry was a loving father, grandfather, and brother. He was a member of The Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ in Pascagoula, MS., and was an Army veteran. He loved reading, especially The Bible.
Harry was preceded in death by his parents, Harry A., and Bernice Jones Haynes.
Survivors include his children, Harry Andrew (Hollie) Haynes, and Sharon Rachel (Clayton) Rushing. Ten grandchildren, Grayson Haynes, Harrison Haynes, Alyse Cheatum Haynes, Dillon Risor, Brianna Risor, Kayla Risor, Kiera Rushing, Jesse Rushing, Brian Rushing, and Bella Rushing. His siblings, Jerri Clinton, Robert (Jaclyn) Haynes, Bonita MacEwen, Patricia Haynes, Georgette Goodwill, Carol Meinhardt, and Cheryl (John) Rivera. And many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 23, 2023, from 10-11 a.m. at The Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ, 3705 Old Mobile Rd. Pascagoula, MS 39581. The funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. with Bro. Lee officiating.
