Jaime Lanola Freeman, 82, of Lucedale, MS, passed peacefully on 11/19/2025, surrounded by the ones she loved.

She is preceded in death by her mother Lanola Ezell Headman; her fathers, Edward Coker and Ernest McL Galloway; brother Edward Coker; and brother-in-law Sam Wilkerson

Jaime is survived by her husband, Raymond Lee Freeman; sons Ernest (Pamela) Ray Freeman, and Raymond (Denise) Lavon Freeman; daughter, Diana (Dennis) Marie Gurley; sister, Joyce Wilkerson; grandchildren, Carrie (Scott) Fairley, Joshua (Haley) Freeman, Justin Lee Freeman, Zachary Lavon Freeman, Morgan Gurley, and Blaine Gurley, along with seven great-grandchildren

She enjoyed singing and hearing about her grandchildren and great-grandchildren's accomplishments and achievements. Jaime also enjoyed bird watching, and later in life, she continued her hobby through Facebook.

There will be a celebration of Jaime's life held on Monday, November 24, 2025, at Rosedale United Methodist Church, 25616 Rosedale Church Rd, Lucedale, MS 39452, from 2-3 pm, with David Henderson and Joshua Freeman officiating. All are welcome to attend.
