Mr. James Odell Hill, Sr., 90, of Gautier, Mississippi, passed from this life on Thursday, March 10, 2022, in Gautier.
He was born on May 3, 1931, in Philidelphia, Mississippi to Thurman and Lottie Perry Hill. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Doris Hill, his siblings, Ruth Townsend, Willie Hill, Buddy Hill, Bonnie Jean Franklin, and Elizabeth Hughes.
Survivors include one son, Murphy Hill, two sisters, Della Sue Long, and Helen Perry along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Mr. Hill will be held Monday, March 14, 2022, from 10 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Holder Wells Funeral Home 4007 Main St., Moss Point, MS., Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.
Burial will be at Pinecrest Cemetery in Gautier, Mississippi.
