Mr. James Ervin Lawrimore, 74, of Moss Point, MS passed from this life on Tuesday, July 14, 2020, in Pascagoula, MS.
He was born June 15, 1946, in Grenada, MS., to Troy and Ruth Allen Lawrimore.
James was a master craftsman, carpenter, and talented gunsmith. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He proudly served in the National Guard. He was a proud father and, grandfather. He could play the guitar and sing a song or two. He loved old western movies, The Little Rascals, Harry Potter, his guns, and telling jokes. He is loved and will be missed.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Francis Lawrimore.
Survivors include his daughters, Valarie Padgett, NiCol Onley, and Kelly (Lee) McCoy. Grandchildren, Cory (Leann) Hood, Dylan DeBruicker, Austin DeBruicker, Alyssa DeBruicker, Alexa Debruicker, Karissa McCoy, Hannah McCoy, and Lila McCoy. Great-grandchildren, Kaleb Hood, and Leah Hood. His former wife, Faye Lawrimore.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 22, 2020, from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Holder-Wells Funeral Home 4007 Main St., Moss Point, MS., 39563
