Mr. James Riley 73 of Escatawpa, Mississippi passed away on November 6, 2022, in Gautier, MS. Mr. Riley was born in Quitman, Mississippi on November 19,1946 to Calvin and Blanche Riley. He and his wife Bettye was caretakers for the elderly for many years. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother. He was of the Assembly of God Faith. He also served in the Mississippi National Guard with honor and pride. Along with his mother he was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years Bettye Riley, his mother Blanche Riley and siblings. He is survived his son Robin (Catina) Riley, and his daughter Celina (Joey) Langford, his father Calvin Riley, his siblings Jeannie (Mike) Flowers, Ray (Wanda) Riley, Rodney (Jayne) Riley and Diane (Randy) Barnes. He will also be sadly missed by his grandchildren Cameron Thomas, Walker Riley, Dalton Riley, Olivia Fairley, Joshua Fairley, and Amelia Fairley. Great grandchildren Kimber and Kreed Thomas. Other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Wednesday November 9,2022 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Holder-Wells Funeral Home 4007 Main Street Moss Point, Mississippi 39563. The funeral service will begin at 12:00 pm from the funeral home chapel with Rev. Mike McLeod officiating. Burial will follow in Serene Memorial Gardens 12800 Hwy 613 Moss Point, Mississippi 39562.
