Janet Marie Dixon, 62, of Grand Bay , AL, passed away on September 23, 2022 surrounded by her loved ones.
She was born to parents Jeannie Lou Hamilton and Aubert Joe Hamilton, on October 31, 1959 in Atalla County , Mississippi.
Janet enjoyed her days as a Homemaker for many years. She loved cooking, taking care of her loved ones, and backyard family get togethers. She was a strong soul with a gentle spirit. She was a devoted wife and mother and served her family like none other!
Janet met her beloved husband, Donald Steven Dixon in June of 1990. They were married on Jan 3rd 1992. Together they raised 2 children: Crystal Westmoreland and Terri Dixon.
Janet is survived by her devoted husband, Donald Steven Dixon, daughter Crystal (Sean) Westmoreland, daughter Terri Dixon, brother Stanley Hamilton, Sister Rita (Kevin) Lewelling, sister Patsy Hamilton, Mother-in-law Shirley Dixon, granddaughter Jordan Westmoreland, granddaughter Elizabeth Westmoreland and grandson Lane Westmoreland.
She was preceded in death by her mother Jeannie Hamilton, Father Aubert "Red" Hamilton, daughter Cynthia England, and brother Rusty Hamilton.
The family has entrusted Holder Wells with the arrangements. A Visitation at 12pm with Memorial at 1pm is scheduled for Friday September 30 at 4007 Main St. Moss Point, MS. Pastor Ted Pagel Jr. will officiate the ceremony.
