Mr. Jarrett Paul Smith 39, of Helena, Mississippi passed on October 22,2021. He was born on November 29,1981 in Pasacgoula, Mississippi.
He was a lifelong resident of Jackson County. Jarrett was a person who loved the ocean and beaches. When time permitted, he would travel to experience new adventures and find excitement. He enjoyed cooking for his family and friends. He loved to fish, he was an avid skateboarder. He was an accomplished artist and could draw anything. He never met a stranger.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather's Rufus L. Johnson, Ernest E. Smith and Ernie D. Joiner Sr.
He is survived by his wife Mandy Pace Smith, his children Briana Nicole Smith, Elizabeth Rose "Lizzy" Rupe, Baileigh Marie Smith Young, Raelynn Olivia "Olive" Smith and Tyler Paul Smith.
He also leaves behind his granddaughter Giana Kate Deluca, his parents Victor and Pam Smith, his sister Melana Smith (Kyle) Miller and nephew Kyle Andrew Miller, his grandmothers Thellis "Granny" Johnson and Annemarie "Maw Maw" Smith. He will be sadly missed by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be Saturday October 30,2021 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Holder-Wells Coastal Funeral Home 12800 Hwy 613 Moss Point, Mississippi 39562. The funeral will begin at 2:00 pm from the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in Serene Memorial Gardens cemetery.
