Jessie Merline Kraft 72 of Escatawpa, MS passed away on January 11,2020 in Moss Point, MS. Mrs. Kraft was born on December 26,1947 Greenville, AL. She loved her Lord and reading her Bible. She enjoyed putting jigsaw puzzles together and playing bingo.
She is preceded in death by her husband Richard Melcher, her son Richard Earl Melcher, her daughter, Rebecca Merle Melcher; her parents Jesse and Laura Wirick, and her sisters Joyce Marie Wirick and Marilyn Sue Wirick.
She is survived her daughter Patricia Ann Peyregne (Jimmy Slaton) of George County,her brothers and sisters Roger Wirick of Florida, Annette (Bobby) Holloman of Gautier, Rev. Dale (Sandy) Wirick of Escatawpa, Diane Tanner of George County, and Brenda (Ken) Nix of North Carolina. She also leaves behind numerous other relatives.
Visitation will be Wednesday Jaunuary 15,2020 from 9:30 am to 10:00 am at Holder-Wells Coastal Funeral Home 12800 Hwy 613 Moss Point,MS 39562. The funeral will begin at 10:00 from the chapel with her brother Rev. Dale Wyrick officiating.The graveside service will follow at 12:30 pm at the Biloxi National Cemetery in Biloxi, MS.
In lieu of flowers the family wishes donations to be sent to any animal and humane society.
