Joe Frank Greene passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 10 at his home in Pascagoula Mississippi where he was a lifelong resident.
Born in Pascagoula, Mississippi, March 1, 1959 to the late Jr. and Parnell Greene. He was preceded in death by his son Michael Burrows.
He is survived by sister Selesa (Tony) Tillery, of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, One brother Ronny Greene of Pascagoula, Mississippi. Nieces Shalan Williams of Pendleton, South Carolina and DeAyn (Bryan) Merrill of Ocean Springs, Mississippi. One grand-nephew Heath Merrill of Ocean Springs, Mississippi. One nephew Jesse Tillery of Ocean Springs, Mississippi. Sister's Shirilana Greene of France and Sharon Williams of Vancleave, Mississippi along with numerous other nieces and nephews.
Joe always said he had a good life and he loved living it to the fullest in any way he could. He was an offshore Engineer for Sea Core Marine and a master of his craft for years. He also enjoyed woodworking, being on the water, traveling and watching the beautiful sunsets in the evenings. He had many accreditations from The Boy Scouts of America as an Eagle Scout for his heroic acts of bravery. He was a man of few words with a heart of gold. He will be sadly missed and loved by all.
A memorial service will be held Saturday January 20, 2018 at the Pascagoula Beach Point from 1:00 – 3:00 pm.
