It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Kenneth Joseph Miller, age 88, of Pascagoula, Mississippi, who left us on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at Singing River Hospital.
Kenneth was born on September 24, 1936, in Pascagoula, the beloved son of Samuel and Annie Mae Miller. He shared a beautiful life with Nancy Jane Hall, his devoted wife. Kenneth found joy in working as a service technician for a propane gas company, but his true passion lay in spending time fishing and cherishing moments with his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his dear wife, Nancy Jane Miller, as well as his parents, Samuel A. Miller and Annie Mae Miller. Kenneth also mourned the loss of his children, Kenneth Wayne Miller and Martha Dianne Roush, a grandchild, Kenneth Lee Roush, and a grandchild, Richard Randall Miller Jr and Zoie Cumbust.
Kenneth is survived by his loving children, Carl E. Miller Sr. (Sandra), Donna L. Alexander (Mark Sr.), Thomas Reginald Miller, and Richard Randall Miller Sr. He will be deeply missed by his 18 grandchildren, including Robyn Page(Donavan), Carl E. Miller Jr.(Melissa), Mark Alexander Jr.(Cigi), Douglas Miller(Christina), Debra Jane Miller, Amanda Barnett(Jonathan), Tracy Miller, Joey Alexander, Marlana Miller Berryhill, Daniel Miller, Nick Miller(Amanda), Zach Miller(Casey), Matthew Miller(Erin), Jeremy Miller, Josh Miller, Caitlyn Pannell, Ashley Roush, and Rebecca Roush. He also leaves behind 29 great-grandchildren and two caring siblings, Vernon Miller and JoAnn Miller.
In honoring his memory, visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Holder Wells Main Street Chapel, located at 4007 Main Street, Moss Point, MS. A funeral service celebrating Kenneth's life will be conducted on Tuesday April 22, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the same location, with Rev. Carl King officiating. Kenneth will be laid to rest at Greenwood Cemetery in Pascagoula, Mississippi.
