Mr. Larry Lee Ryan, Sr., 61, of Moss Point, MS., passed from this life on Saturday, August 29, 2020 in Moss Point.
He was born March 6, 1959 in Pascagoula, Mississippi to Rayme Ryan and Alice Tomkins Seward .
Larry was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He worked as a commercial crabber and enjoyed spending time on the water. He collected miniature replicas of shrimp boats, played the harmonica, sing, and loved to fish.
In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by one daughter, Heather Ryan, one son, Danny Ryan, and a sister, Edna Hyatt.
Survivors include his beloved wife, Sara D. Ryan, two sons, Larry L. (Toni) Ryan, Jr., Joshua (Tabitha) Ryan, and his daughter, Samantha (Casey) White. 13 grandchildren, Hayley McCauley, Courtney Ryan, Austin Ryan, Justin Ryan, Tylor Davis, Dustin Miller, Cameron Ryan, Alexis Ryan, Devin Ryan, Madison Ryan, Aaliyah Ryan, Fallon White, and Wade White. Two great-grandchildren, Contessa Allen, and Thea Allen.
Two brothers, Rayme (Marcene) Ryan, Jimmy (Kelly) Ryan, and brother-in-law, David Hyatt. One sister, Darlene Adams, And numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 1, 2020, from 2:00 p.m. until 3: p.m. at Holder-Wells Funeral Home, 4007 Main St., Moss Point, MS., 39563. Funeral Service will begin at 3:00 p.m. from the funeral home chapel with Rev. Wendell Stork officiating. Burial will be at Orange Grove Cemetery. Serving as Pallbearers are, Larry Ryan, Austin Ryan, Justin Ryan, Casey White, Stephen Zirlott, Nathan Ryan, and Brian Harris.
