Margaret Alice Mizelle

Margaret Alice Mizelle passed away July 3, 2026 at the age of 84.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents; Gideon Murphy Speir and Ida Pait McDonald Speir, her father; Douglas A. Mizelle of Hurley and her step father Rev. Forrest Hubbell of Ohio, uncle Jessie and Leroy McDonald, aunts, Ila Roberts and Sallie Thurman. Survivors are her sister Sallie (Mackie) Maples of Forts Lake; nephews; John (Alicia) Maples, Randall Maples, nieces Deadra (DeJuan) Fulton and great nephews and great nieces; Justin, Jaden and Alaina Maples, Orion Maples, Laython Maples, Dylan Fulton and many friends.

Margaret loved her church family and taught Daisies at Full Life Assembly of God for 20 years and taught Prism and Missionettes prior. A special thanks to Rev. Jimbo Reed, Sister Rhonda, and Rev. Tim Cauley and their congregations for their visits and prayers. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Full Life Assembly and church missions, located at 8117 Hwy 614 Moss Point, MS 39562. Visitation will be held Friday July 10th, 2026 at Full Life Assembly of God Church, Hurley, MS,11 AM and service time at 12 PM Rev. James "Jimbo" Reed and Rev. Tim Cauley officiating. Interment will be held at Magnolia Springs Cemetery, Hurley, MS. Holder-Wells Funeral Home of Moss Point, MS is in charge of arrangements.
