Mrs. Mary Ellen "Marty" Parrish Patrick 80, of D'Iberville, Mississippi, formerly of Escatawpa, passed away on June 10,2021 in Moss Point. Marty was born on January 17,1941 in Laurel, MS.
She was a member of Big Ridge Baptist Church and a former member of Four Mile Creek Baptist Church. After retiring as a nurse with the Veteran Administration, she worked for the D'Iberville Public Library. In recent years, Marty volunteered with a Homeless Outreach Program at her church. She loved to read and watch British mysteries. Her favorite vacation spot was Disney World, where she loved Soarin' and The Carousel of Progress. Marty was full of laughter and had an amazing sense of humor. She brought joy and fun wherever she went.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Allen Patrick, her parents, William and Ada Parrish, her siblings, Thomas "Bud" Parrish, Richard Parrish, W.D."Billy" Parrish, Robert Parrish, Robert "Bobby" Parrish and Claudine Long.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Danny (Carla) Patrick, her grandchildren, Casey Patrick Longstreet, Alex Patrick, and Ryan Patrick, four great grandchildren, and her brothers, Jim Parrish and Edward Parrish.


A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 beginning at 11:00 am at Serene Memorial Gardens cemetery 12800 Hwy 613 Moss Point, Mississippi 39562.
