Mary Ernest Hester McDaniel age 81 passed away October 27, 2022.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Reverend E.A. and Trudy Hester; a sister, Nell (Fred) Evans; a daughter, Cynthia Bilbo.
Mary is survived by her daughter, Susanne (Kelly) Samples of Vancleave; Grandson's, Terrel Bilbo of Lucedale; Brennen (Maci) Perry of Vancleave; Brannan (Laura) Perry of Ocean Springs; sister's, Emily (Mims) Roberts of Indiana and Gloria (Jack) McAlpin of Magee; brother, David (Judy) Hester; many nieces and nephews who loved her humor and potato salad. Extended family and friends that will miss her positivity, laughter and genuine good nature.
Mary was a member of Heritage Baptist Church in Lucedale; she loved her pastor and congregation. She enjoyed anything the grandsons were involved in, whether it was motorcycles, skeet shoots, cruising the coast or just sitting outside talking. Her love of family has been instilled in each of us, along with her belief in the Lord and a beautiful example of what prayers can do. She was resilient in every aspect of her life and her greatest joys were seeing others happy and accomplishing their goals.
Serving as pallbearers are Terrel Bilbo, Brannan Perry, Brennen Perry, Larry Green, Brian Woods.
The visitation is from 12:30PM-1:30PM at Heritage Baptist Church 10183 Highway 613 Lucedale, MS 39452. The funeral service will begin at 1:30PM following the visitation with Reverend Michael Cotton officiating.
Interment will conclude at Magnolia Baptist Church Cemetery 2400 Magnolia Baptist Church Road Vancleave MS 39565.
