Michael Robert Doyle, 49 of Gautier, Mississippi, passed from this life on Sunday, April 14, 2019 at his home in Gautier. He was born April 23, 1969 at East End Memorial Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama. Michael was an avid fan of the Alabama Crimson Tide. He enjoyed basketball, boating, landscaping, culinary arts, rock concerts and traveling. He may have been best known for being a National Speed Skating Champion and was included in the Guinness Book of World Sporting Records. His humor made Michael the life of the party and he was blessed with a wonderful sense of humor. Michael was preceded in death by his father, Robert Grady Doyle; maternal grandparents, Christine and Edward Connell and paternal grandparents, Carl Robert Doyle and Hazel Doyle. Survivors include Michael's husband, Tim Waugh; daughters, Brandi Doyle Johnson and husband, Deion and Kristy Leigh Doyle; Michael's mother, Linda Doyle Perry; sister, Carla Doyle Clayton and husband, Keith; grandchildren, Makenzi Grace Doyle, Aubri Faye Johnson, Kylie Noel Johnson, Emzi June Johnson, Jayden Michael Johnson; a nephew, Zachary Clayton; and many, many friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 from 12:00 noon until 1:00pm at Holder-Wells Funeral Home in Moss Point. Funeral services will follow at 1:00pm from the funeral home chapel.
