Morris "Duane" Cronier, 77, of Moss Point, passed peacefully, March 8, 2024. He was a lifelong resident of Jackson County, Mississippi. He was born to the late Herman and Vermelle Cronier on Sunday, November 10, 1946.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Herman, and Vermelle Cronier.

Duane leaves behind his loving wife, Mrs. Evelyn Eckert Cronier, children, Jennifer (Jim) Glover, Brett (Jenny) Cronier, and Susanne Cronier, grandchildren Regan Glover, Michael Cronier, Chloe Cronier, and Zoe Cronier, siblings Marsha (Bill) Zender, and Greg Cronier. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many adoring friends.

He had many passions in life, but he loved piloting aircraft. Duane served on the board at Hancock Bank, and in his spare time he loved to sing around the house, writing, and actively studying French.

A visitation will be held at Holder-Wells Funeral Home, 4007 Main Street, Moss Point, MS 39563, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, on Wednesday, March 13, 2024. Funeral Services will begin at 11:00 am at the funeral home, followed by interment at Machpelah Cemetery, Pascagoula, MS.
