Murray C. Goff, a native and life-long resident of Big Point, MS passed away Wednesday, April 5, 2023 in Gulfport, MS at the age of 85. Mr. Goff opened Murray's Nursery in Big Point in 1972. He was a member of Wade Baptist Church. Mr. Goff was an army veteran, Master Mason, and a member of Gideon's International.

A loving husband, father, and grandfather, Mr. Goff will be truly missed by his family and many friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. And Mrs. Wilburn Tinnin and Maggie Lee Goff and three brothers, Homer, Albert, and Lacy Goff.

He is survived by his wife Shahone Goff, son Wilburn (Jessica) Goff of Big Point, MS, and daughter Rachel (Steven) McKay of Pineville, LA and three grandsons Eli and Barrett Goff and Vincent McKay and one granddaughter Presley Blake Goff due to be born in August. Also left to cherish his memory include sisters-in-law Betty Goff of Escatawpa, MS and Mary Goff of Big Point, MS, as well as the following special nieces and nephews: Diana (Glen) Jenkins, Pauline Dickens, Steve (Susan) Goff, Eileen (Steve) Ogborn, Cheryl (Ricky) Colvin, Dena (Bart) Buckley, Katena (Chad) Havens, and William (Janell) Goff. Numerous extended family and friends are also left to treasure Mr. Goff's memory.

Visitation will be Wednesday April 12, 2023, at 10:00 am at Wade Baptist Church, 20623 Highway 63, Moss Point, MS 39562. The Funeral Service will follow at 11:00AM, with Brother Ricky Colvin officiating.

Interment will be in Big Point Cemetery.
