Myrtle Lee Tomlin, 74, of Jackson County, MS, went to be with her Heavenly Father on August 13, 2024. She was born to the late Albert and Berneva Redmond, on May 15, 1950.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Tommy Tomlin; son, Lee Tomlin; and siblings, Mary Lou Bass, Andrew Redmond, and Russell Redmond.

Mrs. Tomlin is survived by her children, Beverly Ratliff, Amanda Rushing, and Don Tomlin; sisters, Lois Hood, Joyce Redmond, and Bernice Webb; grandchildren, JC Ratliff, Hunter Ratliff, Nikki Rushing, Alexis Rushing, Austen Tomlin, Katelyn Tomlin, Nicholas Tomlin, and Jacob Sullivan.

In her free time, she loved spending time with her family, with the occasional joy of babysitting, she was known by many as "Maw Maw Myrtle". She was amazing at creating unique one of a kind crocheted item, while watching her favorite law and crime shows, NCIS, Law & Order, and Matlock.

A Celebration of Life will be held, Saturday, August 17, 2024, at Holder-Wells Funeral Home – Coastal Chapel from 12:00pm – 1:00pm. The funeral home is located at 12800 Hwy 613, Moss Point, MS 39562.
