We are saddened to share that Nancy Iona Robison, aged 82, of Vancleave, Mississippi, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at her beloved home.
Nancy was a cherished daughter, born on December 10, 1942, to Ernest and Effie Smith. She found joy in her marriage to William J. Robison I, whom she deeply loved. Together, they created a warm and loving home in Vancleave, where Nancy dedicated herself to her family as a devoted homemaker.
Throughout her life, Nancy embraced her passions, whether it was shopping, creating ceramics, reading, nurturing her beautiful flowers, or enjoying precious moments with her grandchildren and furry companions. Her heart was full when surrounded by family, and she will be lovingly remembered for the joy she brought into their lives.
Nancy leaves behind her loving sons: Billy Robison II (fianc�e Laura Unruh), Mark A. Robison, and Eric S. Robison (Dawne). Her legacy lives on in her grandchildren: Lara (Brandon) Williams, Jessica (Jeffery) Odell, Jon Robison, Josh (Charlotte) Robison, Mary-Kate Robison, Dylan (Taylor) Robison, Chase (Morgan) Robison, and Jordan Robison, along with many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren who adored her. She is also survived by her brothers, Ernest "Doodle" Smith and Charles (Kathy) Smith, and her sister, Sarah Smith (James) Emerson, in addition to numerous nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William J. Robison I; her brothers- and sisters-in-law: Roy (Que) Smith, Hugh (Glenda) Smith, Richard (Sue) Smith, and sister-in-law Anne Smith; as well as her parents, Ernest and Effie Smith, and her granddaughter, Ashley Robison. Their memories will always hold a special place in her family's hearts.
In honoring Nancy's life, a visitation will be held on Monday, June 9, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Holder Wells Coastal Chapel. The funeral service will begin at 12:00 PM at Holder-Wells & Coastal Funeral Home, followed by a graveside service at 2:45pm at Crestlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Ocean Springs, MS.
Nancy's spirit will forever reside in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed.
