Nellie Janet McGlothlin passed from this life on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 in Ocean Springs, MS.
She was born September 19, 1937 in Wade, MS. Nellie was a retired electrician from Ingalls Shipbuilding. She loved gardening, fishing, all nature, and animals.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Thelma Merchant, and step father, Ellis Merchant. One brother, Wayne Williams, 2 grandsons, Michael Ramirez, and Cody Ramirez.
She is survived by her three loving children. 2 daughters, Cynthia (Brian) Craig, and Genise (Lynn) Hollis, and one son, Bruce Dickerson.
Her sister, Louise (Mack) Hamilton, and sister in law, Maureen Williams.
11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Friday, January 10, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Wade Baptist Church in Wade, MS. Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. from the church sanctuary. Interment will be at Johnson's Cemetery.
