Ms. Patsy Ann Kolden age 75 passed away July 15, 2023 at River Chase Village with her family at her side after a long battle with Dementia.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Webb, longtime companion and dear friend Robert Thigpen; parents, Nevil "Buddy" Williams and Ella Louise Williams and brother, Wayne Williams.
She is survived by her daughters, Charline (Dwayne) Denton and Christie (Curtis) Morse both of Hurley;
Sons, Charles Wesley (Margaret) Webb of Ocean Springs and Jeff Webb of Grand Bay; multiple grandchildren, great grandchildren; sisters, Jeanette Ward, Margie Adkins Guy, Debbie McDaniel and Shelia Rawson; brother, Robert Williams.

She was a longtime resident of Big Point, MS where she owned and operated Pat's Beauty Salon for 35 years. She loved drawing, playing cards, watching movies, going to the casino and mostly just hanging out at home with her family and friends.

The family would like to give thanks to the Staff of River Chase Village and Notre dame hospice for all the care and compassion they gave her.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00AM Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at Serene Memorial Gardens.
