Mrs. Peggy Lois Hulit, 81, of Grand Bay, Alabama passed from this life on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, in Mobile. Peggy was born on May 18, 1941, in Fulton, Mississippi to Selmer Smith and Marie M. Wedgeworth Smith.
She had worked several jobs over the years, but her most important was being a loving mother and homemaker to her family. She enjoyed reading westerns and romance novels and occasionally visiting the casinos.
Peggy is survived by her devoted children, two sons; Rick W. Gwinn, and Dana Hayward, one daughter; Lona Hayward, and 7 grandchildren.
