Phillip Allan Alexander of Pascagoula Mississippi, age 65, died Accidentally Saturday August 29th on the west river. He was born in West Palm Beach FL and He spent most of his childhood in Bristol Fl.
He called Pascagoula his home. He spent 28 years working at Ingalls Shipbuilding as a tank tester. He was an avid fisherman and his most favorite place to be was on the water. He always said he was going to "catch some fish" when he headed out instead of your typical "I'm going fishing". He was an excellent marksman, whether he could see or not he never missed. Hunting was part of life for him and his family and he loved it. He was a member and champion of the Jackson County Billiards Association.
He is preceded in death by his son Bruce Alexander, his parents Elbert and Ruby Alexander, his brothers Terry Alexander and Ricky Alexander.
He is survived by his wife Crystal Alexander of Pascagoula, his daughter Kimberly (Darryl) Temple of Blountstown, FL, his son Clayton Favre of Waveland, MS, his sisters Suzanne (John) Flowers of Bristol FL, and Candance (Sam) Harper of Bakersville CA. He will also be missed by his grandchildren Justin (Courtney) Beauchamp, Ethan Beauchamp, Katelyn Shuler, Gunter Barber, Lucas Barber, Cayden Favre, Briana Alexander and Drake Alexander, his great grandchildren Chyenne , Aiden, Emberlyn, Brice and many loved nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Allan had many close friends whom he cherished as brothers and sisters. David Mitchell, the Hayes family, the clicks, the Browns, the Evans, the Davis's, the Pettey's,the Schoonmaker's,the Poyadou's...and boy was he a ladies man. He loved so many and had so many close friends in his life we couldn't possibly list them all.
He will be deeply missed by all his friends and family. He was a legend to all and will continue to be.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday September 5,2020 at his home located at 5503 Telephone Road Lot B23 Pascagoula, MS 39567 beginning at 1:00 pm.
