Mr. Phillip Lee Mallett 74 years old passed away at his residence on Sunday, June 11th, 2023.
He is preceded in death by his dad, Otman Ray Mallett; mom, Verilee Hartfield Mallett; brother, Ray Mallett.
Phillip is survived by his wife, Jo Western of Moss Point; daughter, Noelle Glass (Ryan) of Richmond, Tx; grandson, Danny; granddaughter's, Laniey and Macy; bonus granddaughter's, Madison and Megan; bonus daughters, Susan and Terri; bonus son, Craig all of Ocean Springs; nieces, Ida(Rick), Darleen Treasa, Pat; nephew, Allen Mallett; best friend, Curtis; other family and friends.
He worked at MS Power 30+ years, served his country as a U.S. Marine and was very proud. He enjoyed people and he was in charge of the grill, he loved to garden, fish, hunt and party a little in his younger years.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, June 17, 2023, from 10:00AM-11:00AM at Holder-Wells Coastal Funeral Home Chapel 12800 Highway 613 Moss Point, MS 39562, a memorial service will follow in the chapel at 11:00AM, with Bill Palmer officiating. The United States Marine Corp will present honors.
