Randall Carl Clayton Sr. 64, of McLain, Mississippi formerly of Franklin Creek Mississippi passed away on August 6,2022. He was born in Jackson County on July 5,1958 to Richard Carl Clayton Sr. and the late Janet Marie Clayton.
Randy as he was known by his family and friends loved spending time outdoors, tending to plants and visiting with friends and family. He was well known for his smoked mullet and his ability to make friends wherever he went. Along with his mother he is preceded in death by his brothers Robert William Clayton and Richard Carl Clayton Sr and his sister Polly Francisco.
He is survived by his three children Barbara and Randell Rayner of McLain, Lacey and Trevor Vice of Mobile, Alabama and Randall Carl "Bubba" Clayton Jr and fiancé Anna Miller of Pascagoula. He also leaves behind five beautiful granddaughters a handsome grandson and a beautiful great granddaughter. Also, a very dear friend he thought of as his daughter Summer Hill. Randy is also survived by his father Richard Carl Clayton Sr., his brothers Raymond, Shannon and Greg Clayton and sisters Tresea and Gary Smith and Annie James.
Randy called McLain home having lived there the last four years with his daughter and son-in-law. He enjoyed their laid-back style and the farm watching his grandson play all day and spending time watching his daughter tend the garden and animals. He always ended his conversations with "I Love You" and so we love you to Randy.
Visitation for Randy will be Wednesday August 10,2022 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Holder-Wells Funeral Home 4007 Main Street Moss Point, Mississippi 39563. The funeral service will begin at 2:00 pm from funeral home chapel with burial following in Orange Grove cemetery.
