Robert E. Harris(Bobby), 75, of Escatawpa, MS passed from this life on September 17, 2021 at Singing River Hospital. He was born to William L. Harris and Lillie Mae Harris of Escatawpa, Ms.

Bobby was a long time resident of the Escatawpa community. He was employed by Halter Marine Shipbuilders and retired from this company. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and the hunting trips to Colorado with his brother, nephew, and friends.

Bobby is preceded in death by his father William L. Harris, his mother, Lillie Mae Harris, and sister, Betty Ann Harris.

He is survived by his sister, Patricia Ann Harris Grube, of Escatawpa, brother Lenard Harris Jr., of Helena, MS, brother Gerald E. Harris of Lucedale, MS, one son(step) Jason Kitchens, of Gautier, MS. He will also be missed by his nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be Wednesday September 29,2021 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Holder-Wells Funeral Home 4007 Main Street Moss Point, Mississippi 39563. No funeral services funeral will be conducted.
