Mr. Roland Westbrook 81, of Pascagoula, MS passed away on March 23,2020 in Pascagoula. Mr. Westbrook was born in Greenwood Springs, MS on April 13,1938. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He served his country with pride and dedication in the United States Air Force. He was a faithful member of Family Life Church for many years. He had a passion for hunting and fishing. He absolutely LOVED to have family gatherings and always wanted to have a fish fry just to get everyone together. He was a math wiz and could do almost anything he set his mind to do with machinery, plumbing, etc. He was affectionately known as "Paw Paw" and/or "Pop".
He was preceded in death by his first wife Betty Westbrook, his parents Raymond and Merlie Westbrook, and his brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his wife Peggy Westbrook of Pascagoula, his children Ronald (Sybil) Wilner, George Wilner, Martin (Iris) Wilner all of Hurley,Michelle Kimble, Jeana (Jim)Ternyak all of Pascagoula, William (Michele) Allen of Moss Point, Donna (Ed) Mabry of Pascagoula, Robin Schimefening of Pensacola, and Scott (Tammy) Allen of Ocean Springs, his sister Martha Adams of Hamilton, MS. He will also by missed by his 18 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren,1 great great grandchild and other relatives.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic the visitation and funeral services will be private. Burial will be in Serene Gardens cemetery in Moss Point.
