Rose Greenough Lander passed away on November 22, 2019 at The Windsor Place in Columbus, Mississippi. She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Everett Lander, her father, Mayo Edward Greenough, her mother, Grace Cowart Greenough.
She is survived by her children, Ann Bell (Harry) Starkville, MS, Melanie Byrd Moss Point, MS, Floyd Edward Lander Moss Point, MS, Barry Lander (Renee) Moss Point, MS, and William Lander (Lynn) Moss Point, MS; six grandchildren, Kelli Belcher (Mark) Moss Point, MS, Foley Holditch (Robby), Starkville, MS, Shay Wilkerson Moss Point, MS, Harry C. Bell IV (Katy) Hillsboro, TX, Rosanne Byrd Portland, OR, and Kayla Lander (Fabian) Ocean Springs, MS; six great grandchildren, Hunter Belcher, Ann Carlton Holditch, Grayson Skelton, and Grace Holditch, Harry C. Bell V, and Sophia Rameriz.
Visitation will be held from 1p.m. to 2 p.m. on November 29 at Holder-Wells Funeral Home, 4007 Main Street, Moss Point, MS. The service will be held at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel at Holder-Wells Funeral Home with burial following at Griffin Cemetery in Moss Point, MS. Beverly Maddox will officiate.
