Rosie Nell Scott, of Vancleave, MS. passed away on August 1, 2008 at her home, surrounded by her family. Mrs. Scott was alifetime homemaker and her family was the most important thing to her. She was active in the Singing River Auxiliary, Eastern Star, Ladies Elk Auxiliary and the Krew of Tri Cities as long as her health allowed. She was an avid Bowler during which she formed lasting lifetime friendships. Mrs. Scott was preceded in death by her husband Curtis Scott, her daughter, Jamie Scott, her parents, Myrtis Holmes and Jake Albritton, her brother, Lewis Albritton and her grandson , Dusty Scott. She leaves to cherish her memory; daughters,Cheryl (Zina) Andrews of Vancleave,MS.,Bonita Kathy (Glenn) Rigby, sons Jerry (Anna) Scott, Mario Curtis (Elizabeth) Scott, all of Pascagoula,MS., Steve (Betty) Scott of Vicksburg, MS., and Mark (Brenda) Scott of Mobile,Ala. Her sisters; Linda Green of Grand Bay, Ala., Shirley (Earl) Watts of Wade,MS., Bille Marie (Harry) Mulkey and Mary Elizabeth (Doyle) Meeks both of Quinlan, Tx. She leaves 16 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews, all of whom she loved dearly. Vistation will be Tuesday August 5, 2008 from 10am until service time at 12 noon, at Holder-Wells Funeral Home in Moss Point,MS. Funeral services will be at noon from the fuineral home chapel followed by burial at Serene Memorial Gardens in Escatawpa,Ms. Serving as pallbearers will be Steve Scott,Jr., Jerry "Scotty" Scott, Jr., Scott Andrews, Lee Scott, David Sward and Nick Parrish.
