Sampson Warren "Bo" Baria, 82 of Hurley, passed from this life on Thursday, May 23, 2019, at his home in Hurley.
He was born May 1, 1937 in Hurley , MS. Bo was retired from Ingalls Shipbuilding after 40 years of service as an outside machinist. He farmed and raised cattle.
He attended Magnolia Springs Assembly Of God Church in Hurley.
Bo was preceded in death by his parents, Campbell Eugene and Levonia Estelle Hinton Baria, Sr. His first wife, Linda Nell Green, one sister, Genneve, 4 brothers, John Leslie, Anthony Paul "Tar Baby", Campbell Eugene , Jr. "Little Doc", and Wiley Dean Baria.
Survivors include, his wife, Karen Kirchner Baria, daughter, Melanie Dawn Lee, and son, Douglas Barker. Five brothers, Clarence "Pete" Baria, William Baria, Harold "Sonny" Baria and wife Janet, David "Doll" Baria and wife Connie, and Alfred Baria. One sister, Jo Ann Anglin. Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held Sunday, May 26, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Magnolia Springs Assembly Of God Church in Hurley, MS. Funeral Service will begin at 3:00 p.m. from the church sanctuary. Burial will be at Magnolia Springs Cemetery in Hurley. The Baria family would like to thank Southern Care Hospice employees, Sabrina Hinton, Rachel Cochran, Debbie Hatcher and Bro. Grant McLain.
