It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Tammy Wynette Alexander, age 55, of Moss Point, Mississippi. She left us on Monday, March 31, 2025, at her home, surrounded by her loved ones.

Born on October 3, 1969, in Pascagoula, Mississippi, Tammy was the cherished daughter of Silas and Mary Pansey Jones. She found her soulmate in Audie Louis Alexander, with whom she shared her life and love.

Tammy faced great loss, having been preceded in death by her father, Silas Daniel Jones Jr.; her mother, Mary Pansey Jones; her beloved sister, Loretta Lynn Jones; her niece, Carrie Jones; and her nephew, Brandon Jones. These losses have left a profound mark on her family.

She is lovingly remembered by her devoted husband, Audie Alexander, and her children, Darryl Deakle Jr., Carey Deakle, Tyler Turner, Danny Turner, Dustin Alexander, and Amber Alexander. Tammy also leaves behind her brother, Silas Daniel Jones III, and her sister, Irma Lajean Jones Snear, who will hold her memory close to their hearts.

Tammy dedicated her career to sales and retail, where her warmth and kindness touched many. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, whether it was fishing, enjoying the outdoors, caring for animals, watching nature, shooting guns, or dancing. Her vibrant spirit will be missed by all who knew her

A visitation to honor Tammy's life will be held on Thursday, April 3, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Holder Wells Coastal Chapel, located at 12800 Hwy 613, Moss Point, MS39563. Immediately following the visitation, a funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM at the same location.
