Mr. Tommy S. Weaver, 65 of the Lily Orchard Community went to his eternal rest on Tuesday March 22,2022 with his loved ones by his side. Tommy was born to the late Taylor and Mary Weaver of Helena, MS. He worked for the Jackson County Utility Department for 27 years. He was a member of Eastside Assembly of God Church in Orange Grove, MS. He loved serving his Lord in numerous ministries in the church. He was a friend to everyone he met, and he cared for his family and friends very much. During his childhood Tommy along with his brothers worked at his father's Gulf Service Station on Main Street in Moss Point. It is there where Tommy met a lot of his lifelong friends. He was a graduate of Moss Point High School.
Along with his parents Tommy is also preceded in death by his brother Al Weaver and sister Lottie Bass.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years Dorris Ann Weaver, one daughter Tonya (Jamey) Eubanks of Lucedale, three sons Tommy A. Weaver, Jonathan Weaver and Timothy Weaver all of the Lily Orchard Community, his siblings Garland (Cheryl) Weaver, Dudley (Nancy) Weaver, Charles (Addis) Weaver, Rita (Wayne) Myrick, Danny (Donna) Weaver, Paulette Bartlett, Ida Hemphill, and Lorinda Callahan. He will also be sadly missed by his five grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relative.
Visitation will be Monday March 28,2022 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at Eastside Assembly of God Church. The funeral service will begin at 2:00 pm from the church sanctuary with his friend and pastor Rev. Wendall Stork officiating. Burial will follow at Serene Memorial Gardens in Moss Point, MS.
