Vicki Pevey Padilla, 57, peacefully passed on Sunday, November 15, 2020.
Vicki was born in Pascagoula on May 31, 1963. She graduated from Pascagoula High School and received her BSN from the University of South Alabama in 1999, fulfilling her dream of becoming a critical care nurse.
Vicki was preceded in death by her mother Maudie Stockman Pevey, father James P. Pevey, and step-daughter Alicia Loren Padilla.
She is survived by her devoted husband Paul K. Padilla, daughter Lindsay Pinson Hess (Jeremy) of Jefferson City, MO, step-son Seve B. Padilla of Washington, DC, and granddaughter's Rani, Layla, and Scarlett Hess, all of Jefferson City.
Vicki suffered from Lupus, Sjogren's, Raynaud's, Arnold-Chiari malformation plus numerous related diseases.
Memorial services will be held at a later date, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
In lieu of flowers, the family asked for donations to the Lupus Foundation 2121 K Street N.W.Suite 200 Washington D.C.20037/1-202-349-1155
