Mrs. Vonda Faye Haygood age 86 passed away February 17, 2022, at her residence in Hurley.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Janie Mae Gunn Lockley; father, Pete Lockley; husband, Edward Harold Haygood Sr.; sister, Mary Ann Spafford; brother's Wayne, Elmer, and Maxi Ray Lockley.
Vonda is survived by her daughter, Donna (Terry) Wilson of Hurley, MS; son, Edward "Bo" Haygood Jr of Hurley, MS; grandson's, Michael (Crysta) Baria of Hurley, MS, and Terry "T.J." (Sami) Wilson; of Hurley, MS; great-grandson's, Cody, Pacey, and Colt Baria of Hurley, MS; Joey and Dylan Wilson of Hurley, MS; granddaughter, Briana Stevenson and great-granddaughter Raylynn Stevenson of Hurley, MS; granddaughter, Katherine (Kenneth) Albert and great-granddaughter Terra Albert and great-grandson Gideon Albert all of North Carolina; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other family and friends.

She loved waitressing at JJ's Truckstop and Momma's kitchen. She enjoyed her time at the fairgrounds with her friends selling the flowers she grew at home. Her passion was her flowers, and she loved to travel.
The family will have a visitation on Monday February 21, 2022, at Holder-Wells Coastal Chapel, 12800 Highway 613 Moss Point, MS from 6:00PM-8:00PM.
