Winston Dunn, a native of Florida and a resident of Cusseta, GA passed away September 15,2026 at the age of 89.

Winston is survived by his loving Wife Sandy Sherman;Daughters, Deborah Smith, Cheryl Hatten (Greg), Angela Tipton (Scott); Daughter-In-Law, Lois Dunn; Step Children, Tim Cook(Virginia) Suzette Necaise(Scott) Donor Skrnich(Kurt)Jody Chu, Aaron Crain, Gina Mock, and Mary Mass;Grandchildren, Michelle House, Julia Williams, Evan Hatten, Hannah Murphy, Bailey Williams, Jessica Dunn, Michael Winston Dunn, Jr, Adam Cook , Lindsay Walls, Jason Cook,Dakota Moran, , Jason Chu, Nathan Chu, Ella Crain, Dylan Mock, Alex Mock, Hailey Mock, Cody Mass, Adam Cook;Grandson, Child of the late Danny Joe Cook; Lindsay Walls, Granddaughter, Child of the late Danny Joe Cook . Great Grandchildren Tanner Smith and Darby Craig; Great GreatGrandchildren Sadie Smith, Ridge David Smith, Allison , Noah, Isabella . He was blessed with many close friends including Nigel Murray. As well as his most treasured companion cat “Patches”

Retired US Navy Submariner-USS Sam Rayburn Over his lifetime he had various careers. He was plant manager for PogieFish Plants in Pascagoula, MS and Mass. He was a business owner of HVAC for homes and cars. He was a lifelongfisherman, along with at one point owning his own shrimp boat. Later in life he taught himself to build lapsteel guitars. He was a lifelong animal lover.

Graveside services with military honors will be held Tuesday, September 22,2026 at 10am at Jackson County Memorial Park in Pascagoula, MS.
